It's been a minute since I did a diary and I will be doing them on a regular basis now since I am back on my grind. In this episode I talk about restructuring and relaunching. Entrepreneurship is always about growing and making adjustments to your business. Check it out and be sure to leave me a comment.

Make It A Great Day!
The weekend is gone and Monday is here. I spent some time just relaxing which is rare for me. But I was able to get clarity on some things that were troubling me about the business. Now I feel clearer and motivated to move forward. I'm excited to be working with my daughter who will be doing video blogging on my new online TV network HerTube.TV. She loves to dress up and change her hair and make up, so she will be hosting a new show on the network called The Look. So I'm excited about that. Over the weekend I decided that I would continue to do The Ms. Boss Diaries and also I will be adding Ms. Boss Academy where I give advice and tips on starting and running a business. I will also be adding a new radio show called What's Your Big Idea which is the title of my book. This will be a 45 minute Q&A that I will be doing every Sunday starting in October at 7pm. So as usual I have a busy schedule, but it's manageable.
So that's all for now.
