So I've been struggling a little with how to increase my revenue for my company HerTube Media Network. The company is 3 years old and I have been working on it for the past 2 1/2 years. Over the last 6 months I've been trying to figure out how I was going to take the company to a million dollars, so I had a meeting with my coach and he pointed out some very important things to me. He made me realize that I was trying to grow the business without having enough members on my team and by being severely under capitalized. These are things that I already knew because I was running the business everyday. I explained to him that I was caught in a catch 22, because if I had the capital I could hire more team members, but I could not get the capital because a lot of the investors that I had spoken with did not understand that practically anybody these days could be on TV because of the OTT industry. My coach told me that I had some really tough decisions to make because if I continued at the rate in which I was going I was going to get burned out. I told him that I was very close to being burned out. This conversation broke me down, because I don't want to give up on my company, but it's not growing, so I have to figure out what I want to do moving forward. I'm still kind of in a little bit of a funk, but I am working through it.
Thanks for stopping by and checking out my diary.
Until Next Time
Make It A Great Day!
